During 2009-2010, the Club provided 150 backpacks with supplies, $2000 worth of school supplies and clothing to Yavapai Elementary School which is a Title One school located in South Scottsdale. 79% of the children attending this school receive reduced or free lunches and breakfasts. This is the fourth year in a row that we have made this donation to Yavapai Elementary School. In the past, we did a service project at the school to assist in facilities beautification. We painted the cafeteria, benches, flowers on the sidewalks, and games on the sidewalks.
