I can't believe May is history and summer is here for real. It seems like it was just the other day that we were celebrating Super Bowl XLIX here in The Valley.
Our speaker this week is Dr. Sam Sterk. Dr. Sterk is a trained psychoanalyst and a certified hypnotherapist. Dr. Sterk has used hypnosis for a variety of purposes including assisting
athletes in improving their athletic performance. Dr. Sterk is the director of Peak Performance Plus, LLC. and he teaches medical hypnosis at Midwestern University to medical students.
