Rotary conducts a RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) camp every Spring at the YMCA camp in Heber. We send four high school students from Scottsdale to this program. The kids are exposed to a variety of team building exercises and at the end of four days, have made countless friends and have no desire to go home.
