Duty Roster for April 5, 2018: Greeter, Neil Sutton; Raffle, Clark Gilhart; 4-Way Test & Pledge, Keith Walter; 2 Minute Vocational talk, Barbara Bakwin.

Last week's program featured Gary Edmonds, President & CEO of Food for the Hungry, which we discovered does a whole lot more than feed the hungry in impoverished countries. This Phoenix based organization provides clean water, medical aid, food, equal educational opportunities for youth, and vocational training in needy countries world wide.  They are working in some of the same countries our club has supported such as Rwanda and Guatemala.

We learned our golf tournament earned us $16,000.00 + which more than covers our expenses from Special Day for Special Kids...............Hurrah!!  Congratulations to everyone who participated in both these events.

Our program this week will be our mid-term Club Assembly.  The objective of this Club Assembly is to provide members with a vision for the final quarter of our Rotary year.  We are planning to hear from each of our committee chairs regarding speakers, projects, and events for April - June.  We are also exploring options for our club structure, including such issues as dues, meeting times, club focus, and other areas.  We will distribute a survey requesting your input concerning these options. We value your opinions and look forward to your participation.  Additionally, we will hear from our Saguaro Interact Club with an update on their activities.
