Welcome to a new Rotary Year and New Rotary District 5495. I am excited for the new year and looking forward to a fun filled and productive Rotary year.
Our first program this year is Alan Bakst and I sharing our experiences at the Rotary International meeting in Atlanta. We highly recommend attending this event. This year there were over 40,000 Rotarians in attendance Next year, the meeting will be held in Toronto, Canada.
I am pleased to announce that Thursday, we will be inducting a new member to the SSRC family. Drew Brooks will be provided his Rotary materials this week and will be the first new member of the 2017-2018 Rotary year.
